Delete my data

You can delete your account and everything in it yourself, right now, without asking anyone. It is a button in the app, not a support ticket, and it is immediate and permanent.

1. Open Fractal and sign in — on the web at shinyfractal.ai/login, or in the iOS or Android app.
2. Go to Profile, then Your data.
3. Choose Delete my account and confirm.

That is the whole process. There is no waiting period, no “are you sure you want to lose your streak” maze, and nobody has to approve it.

Everything tied to your account is removed permanently, including:

• Your account, login credentials, and profile.
• Every conversation with Fracty, and everything derived from them — your Inner Map, patterns, discoveries, and generated profile.
• Your notes, journal entries, plans, goals, and reminders.
• Anything you uploaded, including chat exports and documents.
• Connected-service tokens (Google Calendar, Notion, Telegram, push notification tokens). Deleting your Fractal account revokes our access; it does not touch the data in those services themselves.

Deletion is immediate and irreversible. We cannot restore an account after it has been deleted — so if you want a copy, export first.

In the same place — Profile → Your data — there is an Export option that downloads everything Fractal knows about you as a single file. It is worth doing before you delete, because deletion cannot be undone.

Use the contact form and choose Privacy or my data. Write from the email address on the account so we can confirm it is yours — we will not delete an account on the word of someone who cannot demonstrate they own it, which protects you as much as it protects us.

After deletion we retain nothing that identifies you. Routine server logs and our payment processor’s records may retain transaction-level entries where the law requires it; these contain no content from your account. Backups roll off on their normal schedule and are never used to repopulate a deleted account.
